Chiltern & S Bucks Policing Issues Forum 27th September 2022

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have decided to pause the survey and rearrange the meeting date. Whilst the meeting would have been outside the official mourning period, ‘marketing’ of the survey would have fallen exactly in the run-up to the Queen’s funeral. Indeed, we had planned to close the survey on the very day of the funeral.

We feel that residents would not thank us for a steady stream of reminders when most have their minds on something greater.

We have therefore paused the survey, written to all who we have e-mailed, and placing notices on social media and our website. When we have an agreed date for the rearranged meeting, probably in mid-October, we shall reopen the survey and notify everyone of the fact.

We apologise for the changes, but the survey and focus area settings require support and goodwill from residents. We are sure all will agree that now is not a time to be swimming against the tide.

The next meeting of the Chiltern & South Bucks Policing Issues Forum, previously set for Tuesday 27th September, is being rearranged.

This will be a hybrid meeting, with a Zoom facility on request of the link.

Our online survey of residents’ concerns has been paused.

Current focus areas for our Neighbourhood Teams are:

  • Serious Acquisitive Crime
  • Speeding
  • Anti Social Behaviour
